I am Laurent Frimault, founder of Frimault Consulting, and I draw on over 25 years of international experience in both humanitarian and private sectors.

I have managed critical supply chains in crisis contexts for the World Health Organization (WHO), the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO), the World Food Programme (WFP), Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), and the European Commission.

My expertise focuses on industrial and medical logistics, encompassing temperature-controlled pharmaceuticals, cold chain management for vaccines, and the handling of medical equipment. I have orchestrated complex road and air flows, organized air cargo operations, set up complete logistics hubs, and managed important vehicle fleets.

I have also led integration operations in space environments at the Toulouse Space Center (CNES) for satellite and launcher programs like Ariane V.

Finally, I created and managed Heliosolaire, a private renewable energy engineering firm, which allowed me to develop expertise in green logistics, optimizing supply chains to minimize environmental impact, particularly through eco-responsible transport, carbon emission reduction, and the integration of sustainable practices.

I also use artificial intelligence as a key tool to analyze data, forecast demand, and automate logistics processes. This dual organizations and private expertise enables me to offer businesses innovative, reliable, and tailored solutions to optimize their global logistics flows.

My 25+ years of experience in global logistics set me apart through a rare combination of humanitarian expertise in crisis zones and private sector skills in high-tech fields like aeronautics and renewable energies.

Having directed critical supply chains for multiple private and United Nations organizations I have mastered the management of sensitive products such as cold chain vaccines and temperature-controlled pharmaceuticals, while orchestrating multimodal flows (road, air with cargo operations), camp installations, and fleet management.

This exposure to extreme environments has forged a unique adaptability, complemented by my role at the Toulouse Space Center where I oversaw the integration of satellites and launchers like Ariane V in space testing rooms, and by the creation of Heliosolaire for green energy projects.

For my clients, this translates concretely into precise logistics audits that reduce costs through process optimization, AI integration for demand forecasting and seamless automation, as well as green logistics strategies that minimize environmental impact—such as reducing carbon emissions in transport—for a more resilient and sustainable supply chain.
